Two men have appeared in court after a stabbing in Bath last weekend.
At 2am on Sunday April 7th a 24-year-old man was stabbed in Gay Street seven times and was left needing surgery after suffering two collapsed lungs. He has now been discharged from hospital but will continue to need medical treatment.
23 year old Nathan Dixon, from Larkhall, and Karl Gordon, who's 25 and from Julian Road, have both been remanded in custody until next month - they are jointly charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

"We take all violent crime extremely seriously and will thoroughly investigate any attacks which take place. As we have done here, we will respond quickly and effectively to ensure that our communities in Bath are safe and feel safe."
