RULES
The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Win a weekend break at Lyons Holiday Park’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 18th July 2018 to Tuesday 24th July 2018 on Heart North West (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to www.heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Wednesday 18th July 2018 and close at 23:59 on Tuesday 24th July 2018.
4. Entrants must answer a competition question correctly for the chance to win.
5. One winner will be randomly selected from all correct and eligible entries and contacted by telephone.
Eligibility:
6. Entrants must be age 18 or over.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
8. One winner will receive a weekend break for up to 8 people in a Gold Standard holiday home with double glazing and central heating, at Lyon’s Robin Hood, Rhyl Coast Road, Rhyl, LL18 3UU.
9. The break includes:
Bed linen
Complex passes for 8 people
A round on the opened Pirate Island Adventure Golf course for 8 people
10. The break is for a maximum of 8 people. This can be a mix of adults and children.
11. No single sex parties are permitted, e.g. stag do, hen do etc.
12. The prize does not include meals or drinks. It is a self catering break.

14. Arrival will be on a Friday after 4pm, departure will be on a Monday before 10am. Once booking is confirmed, changes to the booking are not permitted under any circumstances.
15. The break can be taken on selected dates only. The start date for the break has to be one of the following:|

All dates are subject to availability.
16. The prize must be booked within 4 weeks of competition end date and must be taken by 12th July 2019.
17. The prize is not transferable to another person and/or party.
18. The stay is available at Lyons Robin Hood, Rhyl Coast Road, Rhyl, LL18 3UU only.
19. No cash alternative available.
20. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
